Curtain Side Truck Bodies
MTB Features: All flexisider corner posts electroplated to give additional rust protection. Increased strength in sub frame at front and rear with under floor gussets. Reinforced roof frame for better panel support. Guards, flaps and reflectors. All welding carried out by our certified 4711 welders. During this time we have developed this type of body into a durable hard working body with little or no down time. Sub frame steel with certified tie rails to MOT specs.
All corner posts are manufactured and then electro galv dipped to give better protection to hard working areas. Comes with one piece alloy roof, one piece alloy curtain track (up to 9meters long). Tensioner3 tensioners are fitted to all corners with alloy luff grooved pole for ease of opening. Internal roof supports poles and tracks to suit body length. Curtains come in a wide range of colours. Ideal for dry freight, fast loading, pellet work. All products used industry standard and quoted with strururflex curtains and hard ware.

Alloy Lock Truck Bodies
Alloy Lock has been developed for the production of lightweight but extremely strong bodies out of aluminium extrusions to create all types of bodies. The Alloy Lock system is manufactured in New Zealand to MTBs high standards out of a harden alloy to give strong impact capabilities. It has an excellent surface for all type of sign-age and very eye appealing with radius corners on roof cants and front corners.
Alloy Lock can be finished in high spec paint, or left in a mill finish.
